Simply Garlic Vinaigrette
Makes about 2/3 cup
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup flax oil or extra virgin olive oil
4 tsp. sweetner or sugar
1 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. Simply Garlic Seasoning Blend
Place all ingredients in Quick Shake Container, seal and shake until well blended. Garlic flavor will intensify with time.

Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground beef
Stove Top stuffing mix
1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon. garlic salt

Stuffed Pork Tenderloin
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon stick butter or margarine
1 small tart apple, peeled, cored, and finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped pitted prunes
1/4 cup dry white wine or unsweetened apple juice
2 tablespoons Equal® Spoonful*
3/4 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves

Pork and Marinade it!

This is a simple but quite yummy marinade for pork (and it would be great on chicken).
½ cup steak sauce
½ cup of pineapple juice (Dole’s Pineapple Chunks w/own juice – Recommended)
